Refund Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how purchases made within the Helping MBBS Android application ("App," "Service") are handled. By making a purchase through the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Nature of Purchases

Purchases made in the App are one-time purchases that grant you access to digital course content (such as video lectures, notes, and study material). Once purchased, access to this content is delivered to your account instantly. Because these are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase, they cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can.

3. No Refunds

All purchases made through the App are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any digital course or content purchased, including in cases of accidental purchase, change of mind, or non-usage of the purchased content.

4. Payments Processed by Google Play

All payments made within the App are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not directly collect, process, or store your payment information. If you experience a billing issue, such as being charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged without receiving access to the corresponding content, you may raise the issue with us using the contact details below, or request a refund directly through Google Play in accordance with Google's own refund policies and procedures.

5. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
